WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE

A Mud Map

  • The plan must include at least one precise measurement to allow for accurate scaling. Please ensure that a dimension, such as the width of the driveway, is clearly defined on the plan.

  • Please ensure all features are clearly marked and accurately defined. Blocks of color as placeholders are not acceptable; lines must be drawn as precisely as possible.

  • Please ensure each feature is accompanied by detailed specifications regarding finishes and materials. For instance, specify the material for a fence, the type & size of pavers for paving, the style of edging for gardens etc.
